• Returns Policy

  Due to the fact that the product is used for personal hygiene, Saukhyam has a no-returns policy on pads and pad sets. At Saukhyam, we want you to be happy with your choice of purchase. In the event that there is some genuine reason for dissatisfaction, please do get in touch with us. You can write to us at info@saukhyampads.org and we will try our very best to address the issue.

• Refund Policy

  Saukhyam has a no-return, and no-refund policy. At Saukhyam, we have stringent processes in place for quality control. Yet, if for some reason, you feel there is a manufacturing defect in your pad, please bring this to our attention by writing to us at info@saukhyampads.org. Please include a photo of the pad in question and details. Upon verification, we will be happy to send you a replacement pad. 

• Payments Accepted

  CC Avenue is our payment gateway. We accept all major credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. UPI payments are supported as is Google Pay and Net Banking. 

• Shipping Policy

  There are no shipping charges for orders delivered within India. We send most orders through the Speed Post service of the Indian Postal Services. The tracking number is shared after your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, you can track your order at the Speed Post website.

  When creating your order, you have the option to specify a shipping address that is different from the billing address. Please note that it is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping details, including the pincode. If the address is incorrect, there are chances that the package will be returned by the Postal Services to the sender.

  We believe that extensive testing and product improvement processes have helped us design a pad that will meet your needs.
