Pads and pad sets, once sold, are not taken back. But if there is some genuine reason for dissatisfaction, please do get in touch with us and we will try our very best to resolve the situation.
We have stringent processes in place for quality control. Yet, it might be that occasionally the stitching for a pad is not satisfactory or there is less than the designated amount of banana fiber. If that is the case, please bring this to our attention and we will send you a replacement right away.
For all purchases, we include a shipping charge as per the weight of the items bought.
